Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit or if an incorrect product has been delivered.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging with all accessories (if any)
- Used, damaged due to customer handling, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
Ring & Kada Size Policy
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring or kada size while placing the order.
- We dispatch the exact size that the customer selects/provides at the time of ordering.
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to an incorrect size selected by the customer.
- If the customer wishes to exchange a ring or kada because of an incorrect size selected during ordering:
- The customer must courier the product back to JyotishShop at their own expense.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- An additional ₹100 exchange/shipping charge must be paid to cover the cost of dispatching the replacement product.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed.
- The refund amount will be credited within 1 business day after the returned product is received and approved.
- Refunds will be processed via UPI transfer
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must share a clear unboxing/opening video from the beginning of opening the package.
- Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
- The unboxing video helps us verify transit damage or incorrect product delivery.
Important Notes
- We will not be responsible if the email address or phone number provided during order placement is incorrect, inactive, temporarily suspended, or permanently suspended.
- Any delay or communication failure caused by incorrect customer details will not be our responsibility.
- JyotishShop reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
